Terminology

For the purposes of this agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform is referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Both 'we' and 'you' are collectively referred to as 'both parties' and individually as 'a/one party'.

Processing and Storage Period of Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal information for as long as required by law or for the period agreed at the time we collected the information from you.

Cooperation with law enforcement agencies during investigations.

In general, your personal information will be kept for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if your account is deactivated due to misuse. This gives time for any reviews by financial institutions or investigations by authorities. If no reviews or investigations take place, we will delete your data completely after this period.

If there is an active investigation related to a legal violation, we will keep your information until the investigation is complete.

If there is any outstanding debt or credit connected to your use of our services, your information will be retained until the debt is settled.

Scope of Application

This Agreement applies to all Users trading on the Blok Nodevix Global website and mobile app (the 'Platform'). Users are required to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, in line with the applicable laws and regulations on personal information and data protection in the User's respective country or region.

Invocation

Any reference to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations in this Agreement means the latest amended version, whether the amendment was made before or after the Agreement was signed.

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and should not be relied on when interpreting the terms and conditions. Any references to statements, terms, conditions, annexes, or schedules refer to those contained in this Agreement.

In this Agreement, the term 'include' is always understood to mean 'include but not limited to,' unless otherwise specified.

Information Collected

Users acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to monitor their activity while they use the Platform and gather various information, including but not limited to IP addresses, geographic locations, and other relevant data. For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings for identity verification of P2P merchants and as evidence in P2P order disputes. In addition, facial video (including audio) information may be used for Blok Nodevix identity verification on third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

While the Platform uses technical and security measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is 100% secure. Therefore, we do not make any guarantees about the security of the personal information you provide, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data.

Changes to this agreement

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the updates, including the new effective date and details of the changes. In some cases, we may also send you a direct notice. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. If you continue to use the Platform after the changes are made, it means you accept the updated terms.

We will issue official announcements only through the valid contact details you have provided or by posting them directly on the Platform. We are not responsible for any losses that result from relying on information obtained through other means.
